The Hugo2 temperature regulating element in Anthracite is for use with Hugo2 heated towel rail. 
The thermostatic element can be hard-wired in and casing goes to the wall to conceal wiring. A digital screen allows you to set the temperature, ranging from 10-65 degrees celsius. 
Turbo mode allows you to set the towel rail to maximum heating temperature for 1-3 hours, and a timer mode sets the desired number of hours you wish for the heating to be on for (1-9 hours).
T-piece is not included.
