Delivery Timelines and Coverage

  • Kitchen Products: Delivery times are dependent on various factors, but semi-assembled kitchen products can generally be delivered within five days. Full kitchens (Stocked) - Semi Assembled : 5 working days. Rigid Built : Up to 10 working days.
  • Bespoke / Made-to-Measure Products: Delivery timelines for custom products will be confirmed on an individual order basis.
  • Free Direct to Site Deliveries: Free delivery applies on orders over £150 from House of Trade. Also on orders over £300 from the HOT List, Multibrand Distribution, Tissino and Kitchens.
  • Standard Charge: If the threshold for free deliveries is not met then delivery is charged at £15*.
  • Kitchen Delivery Charge: If the threshold for free deliveries is not met then delivery is charged at £35*.
  • Tiles: All tile orders are delivered via Pallet Network and are charged at £50*
  • Multibrand Distribution Orders under £500 are charged at £35*
  • Rural Areas: Deliveries to rural areas of Scotland and Wales may incur additional charges. House of Trade will contact you directly if this applies to your order before processing.
