Delivery Terms
To help ensure a smooth and trouble-free delivery, please review the following. If you answer YES to any of these questions, contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 0330 043 5904.
Access Questions
- Are there any weight or height restrictions on the roads leading to your property?
- Would a vehicle the size of a fire engine have difficulty accessing your address?
- Are there low bridges, overhanging trees, or cables that could obstruct access?
- Are there time restrictions for vehicles waiting outside your property?
- Would kerbside-only delivery present any issues? (See below for details)
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 19:00.
While we aim to meet all agreed dates and times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend waiting until your order has arrived and been inspected before booking any tradespeople.
What is a Kerbside Delivery?
All deliveries are kerbside by default. This means:
- Your items will arrive either on a pallet or as individual parcels, depending on size.
- They will be delivered to the nearest flat, hard, and accessible area outside your property.
- Drivers are not insured to enter your premises or unpack goods.
- The delivery driver will assess the safest and most sensible place to offload your order.
- Larger or heavier items may require assistance with offloading.
