1. Definitions
“Conditions” refer to the standard terms and conditions of sale set out below, including any special terms agreed in writing by us.
“Contract” means any contract for Goods made between you and House of Trade NE LTD.
“Goods” refers to the products or services supplied by us in accordance with these Conditions.
“We” / “Us” / “Our” means House of Trade NE LTD, registered in the United Kingdom, trading from:
Unit 19k, Airport Industrial Estate, Kingston Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 2EF.
“You” / “Your” means the customer purchasing the Goods from us.
“Contract” means any contract for Goods made between you and House of Trade NE LTD.
“Goods” refers to the products or services supplied by us in accordance with these Conditions.

2. Pricing & Offers
We aim to ensure that all pricing and product information is accurate at the time of listing. However:

Prices may change at any time without notice due to supplier pricing changes, taxation updates, or errors.

If a pricing error is discovered after you place your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Promotional codes or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Percentage savings are based on the supplier's Recommended Retail Price (RRP) or a previous selling price.

We reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time.

Discounts may not apply to finance-based payment methods unless otherwise stated.

Please note: Our stock levels are refreshed approximately every 3 hours. On rare occasions, products may appear as “in stock” when they are, in fact, unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options or a full refund.
3. Payment Security
All transactions are processed via secure, encrypted systems. We do not store full card details at any time.
4. Delivery & Collection

Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Once House of Trade has placed the order, the distributor is responsible for timely delivery.

Risk passes to you upon delivery and signature at your chosen address.

Inspect all items on arrival and report any visible damage or missing items within 48 hours. Any damages reported after 48hrs and within a 7-day period will be looked into directly with our suppliers. If we can help... we will!

Do not book tradespeople until all goods have been delivered and checked.

We are not responsible for any installation costs, fitting costs, or consequential damages resulting from delayed or faulty goods.

Disposal of packaging (especially for pallet deliveries) is your responsibility.

Out-of-stock items will be delivered once restocked by our suppliers. Estimated restock times are subject to change.
5. Cancellation & Returns

You may cancel an order at any time before dispatch, or within 30 working days after delivery.

This must be done in writing or via email, quoting your order number.

Returns are not accepted for goods that are custom-made, made to order, or unsealed items unsuitable for return due to hygiene.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are your responsibility.

6. Warranty & Liability

Most products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.

Any extended warranties or guarantees beyond 12 months are handled directly by the manufacturer.

All products, including our own brand The Select Range, are sourced directly from UK-based distributors.

We are not liable for any damage to your property, installation failures, or consequential loss due to product faults or failures. Any such claims must be taken up with the product’s manufacturer directly.

This applies equally to third-party brands and our in-house brand, The Select Range.

8. General Terms

All orders are subject to acceptance. A binding contract is formed only once your order has been processed, picked, and packed.

Title and ownership of the goods transfer to you upon delivery.

Product colours, sizes, and finishes may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.

All prices include VAT, where applicable.

These Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
