A dual fuel towel rail is plumbed into your central heating system and features an electric heating element (purchased separately). These valve kits come in the matching finishes to the rails and connect up to the separate electric element. 
If your towel rail is plumbed to the floor, don't forget to order your pipes and shrouds from the Hugo collection page as these do not come with the valve kits.
